Video E-mail Error Message

I have installed the Video E-mail add-in for Microsoft Outlook 2003. Prior
to today (Saturday, March 25, 2006), I have been able to use the add-in
without a problem.

However, today I received the following message "Failed to create video
e-mail" after clicking the Insert Video to Email button.

Any suggestions on how I may resolve this problem?
