Outlctl disabled (Outlook2007 SP2)

Hi

I am try to use outlctl.dll in my app on window (not in Outlook),and it was
worked fine for some time.
Yesterday i have upgraded to SP2 and after opening a message (with double
click) or Reply,
my Outctl control is disabled - can not do anything with them except close
app.
Is that something new or I am missing something?

Thank you
Zdravko

Outlctl disabled (Outlook2007 SP2)

Another thing:
before upgrading, Outlook was visible on taskBar, and now Outlook close when
I double click on message and close it.
It has black icon for 1-2 second, and then close, and my outctl control is
disabled.
Why is that?
