I have a rule to save sent emails to a particular person in a folder. Works
great except they always show us as unread in that folder. As I am the one that sent the email, I have obviously read it, so I want the message to be marked as "read". I can't seem to find a way to do this. TIA |

First, sorry I posted in wrong Discussion group.
Second, nevermind. I figured it out! The rule needs to be created from within the Sent Items folder. "So Call Me Crazy" wrote: I have a rule to save sent emails to a particular person in a folder.
