Can anyone tell me how to populate my coworkers' calendars with important
dates? For example, there are 10 meetings per year my coworkers must attend.
Since there are over 100 coworkers, I don't want to send them a meeting
invitation because a) I don't want them to have to accept the meeting
invitation for 10 different meetings b) I don't want to receive 100
acceptance notifications for each meeting. Is there some way I can have
these dates populated in their calendars?

co-workers to open it and add it ot their calendars.
