If I open another person's calendar and un-check my calendar, when I close
Outlook and reopen, it defaults back to my calendar and does not leave any shared calendars checked/open even if I had closed Outlook with them checked/open. However, I have other users in our agency where it works differently: They open a shared calendar and leave it checked/open, then they close their own calendar and close Outlook and when they reopen Outlook, it opens the shared calendar that they had most recently left open. This is causing at least one of my users to send meeting requests and cancellations that say, "no response required" and "cancellation has been sent to your delegates". I have tried opening her Outlook with the /cleannavpane switch and I have created a new Outlook profile for her to no avail. Perhaps mine is the one that's not functioning normally?? We're using Outlook 2007 SP2. I appreciate any help you can provide. -- Christine |
