Why did I lose ALL my calendar entries? How do I get them back?
 
I left for lunch with Outlook 2003 open. All calendar items were there. I
came back and everything is gone HHHHEEEEELLLPP!!!!!!

Perhaps one of your co-workers deleteed it for you because you left it open.
That's what screensaver passwords are to protect against.

Did you look in Deleted Items? Is it just your calendar data that's gone?
What type of account, Exchange or POP? You make backups, correct?

Have you checked for a custom view? Like one that blocks all events? Like
Brian said, use a locked screensaver when you leave your desk.
