Forwarding an event
 

I use the Calendar in Microsoft Office Outlook and set up an event for a
birthday as required and set the reminder alarm.

My question is how do you get the calender to send the event to another
mailbox which in my internet providers email program.

Forward it as an iCal file to the address feeding the mailbox.
