Outlook 2007
We have a customer who has set a recurring meeting/appointment for herself on M/W/F. If she has a conflict on a specific day, she may elect to move that appointment to a different time and maybe even a different day. She does that via drag and drop. If she didn't move it to the correct time or she has another conflict, Outlook will not allow the second change. If she double clicks the appointment to make a manual change to the date and time, it brings up a box for an "Untitled - Message". She can delete this instance of the recurring appointment and readd a single appointment - so we do have a work around. Any suggestions? |
