anyone know how to send a week of an Outlook calendar via email
I want to circulate a regular chunk of our Outlook calendar via email. How do
I save and email such chunks? (Some of the recipients are not on the group claendar which is why I am asking the question) James

Version of Outlook? In 2007 or 2010, right click on the calendar and choose
the option to share the calendar by email.
