I get a message saying that file BJABLR32.dll is missing when syncing iphone
with outlook 2003. I am not sure if this is an outllook issue or an itunes
one. It used to work fine until a week ago.? related to itunes update but

That's part of the Outlook LDAP address book provider. Do you need LDAP acces
to a server? If not, remove the LDAP service from Outlook. ToolsE-mail
AccountsView or change existing directories or address booksNext. Select
the ldap service and click Remove, then Finish. Stop and restart Outlook.

A user reported that same problem on 5/25 when syncing to Outlook XP (2002).
This is in an Exchange 2000 environment.

Last successful sync was about 1 1/2 weeks earlier. She installed waiting
update to iTunes just before the problem.

Did you solve your problem?

More info. Other Outlook 2003 & 2007 users reporting this starting early
May. Search on "BJABLR32.DLL iTunes" (no quotes). DLLs are there. New version
doesn't seem to be able to find them. One success reverting to iTunes 8.2.x.
Another "success" copying DLL to windows\system32 (no idea of side effects).
I have not seen any sign of Apple acknowledging or fixing problem.

Good luck and please report any solutions,

Joe M
