Hi,
we are trying to set up a meeting request to invite people to an event.
Ideally we'd do this on a CRM system of sorts - but those call for big budgets.....
So we've created some distribution lists but would like to personalize the message, e.g. "Dear Fred..."
Of course this could be done in a mail merge but then we lose the functionality of response management.

Is there any way of doing this - or any suggestions?
