Default Microsoft Calendar

When I schedule an appointment for a specific date, and my employees open the
shared calendar, the dates of the meeting are different, usually showing the
meeting scheduled for an additional day. How do I correct this?

Are all the computers set for the same time zone in both Windows & Outlook?
