How can I show all the dates for recurrent appointments?
I need to list the specific dates for a recurrent appointment. What I would
like to do is use the search option to isolate the name of the appointment, but it only lists as a single appointment with the recurrence instructions "recurs every two weeks" in the recurrence column. Is there a way to expand this list to show the dates without manually entering each one? I am using Outlook 2003. |

Thanks Diane. It moves more than i need, but then it is easy to pare it down.
Certainly a lot easier than typing by hand!
