Header & Footer
In the Page Setup of a calendar there are particular fields that can be
added like Page #...# of pages...User Name etc. We have several Conference Rooms setup and one of my users would like to be able to have the Name of the calendar in the Footer of the calendar when printed. This seems like a legitimate request but there is not Field for the calendar name. The only way she can get this information in the Footer is to physically type it into the Footer. When she needs to print a different calendar she then has to go in and physically delete the Calendar Name and replace it with the one she currently wants. Is there a Field that can be put in there or is this not something that can be done? Dave French MOS Master Instructor XP |

Did you ever get an answer to this? I have almost the same need for hospital scheduling. It seems rather stupid that MS would miss this obviously needed feature. Maybe there's a 3rd party plug-in or a hidden variable. I will keep searching.
