I'm attempting to update the text of a recurring meeting series for all
occurrences; a resource (conference room) is also booked with the series. I'm not changing the date/time or invitees; I don't need/want to. When I try to "Send Update", Outlook responds with "Resource has declined your meeting because it is recurring. You must book each meeting separately with this resource." I also don't want to do this. Do I really have to release the resource first, then rebook the resource with the update? |
