I am not sure there is a pretty way to do this, but....?
I have a few calendars in my Public Folders. I would like to view them side-by-side. The only way I have been able to do this is right-click drag Calendar 1 to the Windows Task Bar. Then in Outlook view Calendar 2, then click on the newly created shortcut to Calendar1 and size them side-by-side. It is ugly...! Can I see multiple calendars in 1 window...? How about other users calendars that one has rights...? Anyone have a cool vb script or macro that can be tweaked, maybe view in Word...? Any ideas would help, Thanks, Tom... |

In Outlook Open your Calendar view.
Then go to ActionsView Group SchedulesNew Then add the calendars you want to see and save. In the future to view all off them at once you just go to: ActionsView Group Schedules and choose your group name. -- Flanman "Tom K" wrote: I am not sure there is a pretty way to do this, but....?
