Outlook should let me cancel meetings without notifying people
In earlier versions of outlook, when someone declines an instance of a
recurring meeting, I could delete that occurance and not send them mail since it wasalready removed from their calendar. In the 2007 beta when I do this, it automatically opens a cancellation mail note and just closing it gives me just 2 options - send the cancellation or don't cancel the meeting and close the mail note. I want to cancel the meeting and not send the mail note. If there is a way to do what I want to do, it is not discoverable. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
