Forcing Sharing of Calendars??
Does anyone know if it is possible to force the sharing of calendars?
I would like all our users to share calendars but it is difficult to get them to do it. So I would like to force it to happen, so I know that they are all done. Does anyone know if this is possible?? Many Thanks Matt |

I wouldn't want my mailbox shared. Why not use a public calendar if you want many people to see calendar data? -- Brian Tillman |

We want to share all our calendars so that we can look at each others
appointments and meetings. So that we can tell when each other is busy etc. I don't want to share the mailbox, just the calendars but I don't want to have to create a public calendar for each of the users Thanks Matt "Brian Tillman" wrote in message ... I never suggested creating a public calendar for each person. One calendar for everyone is what I had in mind. We do that where I work and it's very handy. -- Brian Tillman |

Sharing at the folder level is sufficient. It is not necessary to share the whole mailbox. Tools are at http://www.slipstick.com/exs/permissions.htm#tools. I highly recommend PFDAVAdmin.
