Base OL recurrence range on a formula

In Outlook 2003, I want to set up a rule or a recurrence range based on a pay
day formula like: The 15th and last day of the month, if a weekend day,
place occurrence on previous Friday.

I can do this in GroupWise quite easily, but haven't found a way in Outlook.

There isn't that ability in Outlook. However, this tool may provide what
you want:

Hmm... Their website appears to be down right now. The link was correct
the last time I checked. Google finds it as well, but I can't connect.

Thanks Brian. It's back up. They seem to have some great add-ins. I'll check
'em out.
