View calendar information from multiple users in one calendars
Hi -
Is there a way to setup a calendar that contains a view of each of the individual users on our system (this would allow us to print out a single calendar with what everyone is doing at a given time - we are a small company and this would be useful). We are using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 that comes with Small business server. Each user is using Outlook 2003. Thanks for any help, Meryl |

That function is called Group Schedules and is available or your version.
While in the Calendar, click the Group Schedules icon in the toolbar (beside Today) and make a schedule of your team. You can then open it at any time to see whether your colleagues are free or busy and if you give each other permission to Calendars, will even see what they are doing (unless they mark an individual appointment as Private). There is a lot of information about Calendar and printing on www.slipstick.com Judy Gleeson, MVP Outlook Acorn Training and Consulting www.acorntraining.com.au Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field Chooser and Group by Box!! Thanks for responding to my question.
I was actually playing with Group schedules yesterday. The main issue that I ran into using this to solve what we were looking for was that I couldn't figure out how to display the group schedule in a month (31 day) view. I will take a look at the website you suggested. If you have any quick suggests to do this I would appreciate your comments. Thanks again!
