A user had several others in his list of delegates as editors. When he is
sent meeting invitations, a system admin message is generated saying that user x could not be reached as the email account doesn't exist. User x is indeed non-existent as it was deleted from our server some 2 years ago. Furthermore, another editor always appears to accept the invitations before the original user even reads the message. I've removed ALL delegates except the Default but the problem still exists. I tried logging the user out of Outlook and then logging back in but still the same problem. Any ideas please??? We're using Office 2003 with Windows XP |
