I can not open an event in Calendar (Office 2003)
I have a user that can open events in other user's calendar but not her own
Calendar. I have archived her mail to reduce size and reset her folders in Outlook. Still can not open events in her Calendar. |

She opens Calendar (2003) and can change the views but when she double clicks
the calendar entries, nothing happens. When you right click and select Open, nothing happens. She has access to two manager's Calendars and can double click to open or right click to open. I ran the office updates and rebooted. I noticed before the reboot there was
another process of outlook.exe running. That may have been the problem. But the problem is solved now. Ah, I will have to put that into my arsenal - more than one instance of
Outlook running, eh? Also, rebooting will fix a lot of calendar item creation problems. Glad you got it sorted out and thanks for posting back to the groups for someone else to read and perhaps solve their problem. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
