Hi,
One of my clients who is using exchange 2003 with outlook 2003 has a lot of old calendar items. I've looked in the help file, newsgroups, etc...for the procedure and they all say to use the archive function. I've tried that and what happens is that the old items are still there. The only difference is that instead of having dates in bold in the calendar (meaning there is an appointment in that day), they are not appearing bold anymore like there is nothing. But when I look at those old dates, the items are still there. In the automatic archiving options, it says to move or delete older items than 6 months every 14 days but the old items are still there. What am I missing here? Thanks |
