Hi all
I am using MS outlook 2003 and Exchange server. Is there a way of determining how much space my mailbox is taking? (not just individual items but a total for all mail). We have a set space we can use and I want to know how much I have left or at least how much I have used. Any help greatly appreciated Rexmann |

Hello,
Can I ask if there is a way of finding this out without visiting the PC? We have to move 100+ users to a new building and need to know how big their mailboxes are (which are stored on local drives). We're not using Exchange. Hi Diane,
Many thanks for the information. I think we might resort to a script to do a "dir *.pst /s". Ugly but should do the trick.
