1. I want to put company Logo on calander

2. if a some scheduled event falls on a weekend I want to keep, but others I
want moved to Monday.

1. Not going to happen - Outlook does not support Icons.

2. Do it manually, there is no "gee, I think this one belongs here" option.

Try a program like Calendar Creator it imports from OL and is quite
versatile and INEXPENSIVE.
