blackberry calendar issues after conversion

We recently switched to Outlook 2003. The owner is having a problem (appears
to be on anniversaries and birthdays) whereby some of them actually show for
2 days on his Blackberry and only one day in Outlook. He has tried to resync
a number of times and this has not helped.

Any suggestions?
