Cannot Share Calendar
 

I am using RPC in Outlook 2003 over http with Exchange Server 2003. I cannot
share my calendar in Exchange. When I right click on the calendar I can see
"sharing" and "properties" options, but when I click "sharing" the dialog box
that opens is identical to the properties dialog with no option to share, set
permissions, etc. This is the same result when I click "share my calendar"
in the Calendar view. I can open my colleagues shared calendars, however. I
cannot share anything (not contacts either) due to inability to open the
proper dialog box.

I can't find any information about why I am missing the proper dialog box to
achieve this.
