calendar entries created offline on laptop don't show up elsewhere
 

I receive emails to my laptop. When I create a meeting on the laptop, it does
not show up in Outlook web access or on the Blackberry.

How do I push meetings and appointments from the laptop to the exchange
server, so that it will reflect in web access and therefore get downloaded to
the Blackberry network?
