Shared Calendar for Office
Hello,
I work in an office of about 20 people. The way we currently keep track of everyones business is through email...which gets confusing and tedious. What I want to do is create a Public outlook calendar exactly like the one each person has on in their outlook. Except I want everyone on my server to be able to access and change this calendar per what they are doing and their schedule. I would also like this to be easy to access either through a shortcut or through the Calendar tab in their oulook. I have created a Public folder and placed a Calendar in there but I don't know where to go from here. Please help me!! |

I'm trying to do something similar but trying to make it so that the Public Calendar actually shows up under each person's Mailbox view, thereby replacing the person's "personal" calendar. Is this possible at all? No, it's not possible. Because we use Blackberries OTA, we can't exactly synch up with any Public Folders. Any suggestions would be great, even to say Outlook forms designer could do the job .... I don't have any suggestions. Perhaps there's a third-party tool that will sync public folders. -- Brian Tillman |
