Outlook calendar should also capture the time zone of the meeting

I need to schedule appointments for meetings happing in different time zones,
but I don’t want to change my system time zone.
What I actually need is to enter the time zone of the meeting along with the
location; the calendar should then convert the time of meeting to the actual
time-zone of my calendar settings.
