Lost calendar data

I accidentally clicked on "Remove Offline Items" from my calendar, while
right clicking on the calendar.

I have lost all my meetings/appointments in the calendar.

How can I recover from this situation?

Any help will be appreciated.

Connect to your Exchange server and re-sync.

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Manoj asked:
