UserX was sharing a calendar on her laptop. Before her laptop was
reformatted, we made a copy of her shared calendar on UserY's laptop. Now, UserY is trying to share that same calendar but users only see his default calendar which is blank. How can I do either of the following: 1. Delete the default calendar 2. Copy the all the items in his shared calendar to his default calendar 3. Make the shared calendar his deault calendar |

Aloha phoeneous,
What version of Outlook are you using? Is there an Exchange server involved? Have you made sure that on UserX's laptop that Outlook is set to use the Exchange Mailbox as the default delivery location? -Ben- Ben M. It is Outlook 2003 and we use Exchange 2003.
Heres the problem. Ive logged in with her credentials but it wont let me recreate her mailbox. It keeps prompting me for network credentials. Ive tried hers, mine, Admin credentials...nothing works. If I cancel it says that I cant connect to the Exchange Server which doesnt make sense because I am logged on to the domain as her. Strange. "Ben M. Aloha phoeneous,
Her mailbox already exists in Exchange right? You're logged into her machine as her domain account and when you go to add Exchange to her Outlook profile it asks for her network credentials? -Ben- Ben M.
