how do I prevent viewing calendar details in free/busy options
 

Others are able to view my calendar details when scheduling a meeting. When
they scroll over the free/busy times, the detail of each meeting is viewable.
I don't want this to be viewable. I don't have any boxes checked that
shouldn't be in the Options section. I don't want to mark every item as
Private and I know there is a way to prevent this since isn't happening to
others in my company. What am I missing?

Tools-Options-Calendar Options-Planner Options. Uncheck the box that
says show calendar details in grid.

I do have all those boxes in Planner options unchecked and it still shows the
details. Any other ideas why this might be happening?

ARe these people delegates and did you grant permissions to delegates to see
your private items?
