I cant add new appointments to my Calendar

The error message I receive says....THE FORM REQUIRED TO VIEW THIS MESSAGE
CANNOT BE DISPLAYED. CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR.
What do I do? I am the administrator, I think!
