Default Meeting Reminder
 

I schedule meetings for my boss. I click on his calendar and then schedule
the meeting (if I use mine, it plops me into the meeting as well!). The only
problem with this method is his calendar does not have the meeting reminder
"on". How do I set his calendar to have a default meeting reminder of 15
minutes for every meeting I schedule for him?
