custom forms
I need to add a few additional fields such as "work to be completed", "areas
to look at", "Type of work needed" and so on. I will need the same functionality as the appointment form with the start and end times. "Taylor" wrote: "Steve" wrote in message ... A template that has all the features including the date time picker so that I can add a few fields without having to program an entirely new form. |

Thanks What do you want it to do? You can open an appointment form, click Tools: Forms: Design this Form. Add the fields you want. When you are done, click Tools: Forms: Publish Form. There is no code necessary. |
