custom forms

Does anyone know of a programmer that will be able to create a custom form
based on a appointment form. I've read thru Sue's Outlook Code site and I am
much to much a beginner to make it work. Thanks

What do you want it to do?

I need to add a few additional fields such as "work to be completed", "areas
to look at", "Type of work needed" and so on. I will need the same
functionality as the appointment form with the start and end times.

custom appointment form template

"Steve" wrote:Is there a custom template for an appointment form that is
exactly like the first page that we are not allowed to change of or add any
fields? A template that has all the features including the date time picker
so that I can add a few fields without having to program an entirely new form.

You can open an appointment form, click Tools: Forms: Design this Form. Add
the fields you want. When you are done, click Tools: Forms: Publish Form.
There is no code necessary.

As far as I know you will have to design your own.
