See others free/busy times when using pop3/smtp thru an ISP?

I would love to use the free/busy service feature that is available by
default when you use microsoft excahnge server, however we use an ISP
(limited resources at our small company) that uses POP3/SMTP. Is there any
way we can take advanage of this great feature?

Not through the mail interface. POP/SMTP is strictly mail. If there's an
FTP or web site offered by the ISP, you may be able to make use of that.
