Have shared calendar automatically update my calendar.
 

How can i set it up where any changes to the shared calendar will
automatically update my personal calendar?

Basically, we all use the same shared "general" calendar, but when I sync my
phone, it only syncs my calendar...which has nothing on it.

There are commercial tools you can obtain that will sync two calendars. See
