I'm trying to set up a system so that we can all view eachothers availability
in a calendar that displays the availability of all 12 of our employees in
the one place without having to go into each others shared calendars.

We have our own company server so do not need a 3rd part server, and are
using Outlook 2003... can we create this!?

Hello Michael!!!
Take a look at this add-in as well - Free/busy grid + ability to set
appointment and view every member of the group as separately and also
together with the hole group - I hope you will like it :)
