Synching Calendar with Mobile deleted the entries
A user tried to synchronize his calendar with his mobile device and he
deleted his entries in Outlook. Now those entries are nowhere to find. I asked him to click on the Work Offline from the File menu to activate the ost file (he is using Outlook 2003 with cache mode) but he said that he had already done that and it seems it has synchronized it there too. So all the entries have been wiped out from Exchange, Outlook and the mobile device. Is there any way of bringing these items back without restoring from the backup? (We run Exchange 2003 in the background). Thanks. |

Items deleted by sync do not visit the Deleted Items folder. Make sure he reviews his partnership settings. Were I he, I's also make a copy of my Exchange mail box in a PST prior to trying again. -- Brian Tillman |
