Meeting attendees
 
In Outlook 2003 when creating a meeting and adding an attendee,hovering over
their free/busy time will show all their appointment information. Is this a
setting on the Exchange server, in users Outlook settings, or permissions?
Not all people creating meeting requests can see others appointments.

User settings - in Outlook, Tools-Options-Calendar-Planner Options-Show
Appointment Details in Grid (sic).

After furious head scratching, mrm1299 asked:
