Currently, if a meeting series is deleted, the entire meeting including
history is gone. To overcome this, the user must go in and end date the meeting - which is not really intuitive. Maintaining an accurate picture of history is critical. Therefore, when deleting a meeting series, Outlook should delete only the future dated meetings. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
