Default Is there a way to show a meeting completed in Outlook?

I have used other CRM programs. When you complete a meeting it will show a
strikethrough that meeting and let you put notes and then either schedule a
follow up meeting, call, etc.

Has anyone tried doing something like this Outlook? I did not want to go
the route of installing the Business Contact Manager. That is way too much
for what I want Outlook to do.

Thanks!

There is not a way to do what you wish. However, I use a feature
in Outlook called "Contacts..." With this feature I link all my
Outlook information together.

Example:

Contact: I have a contact for my Doctor.
Calendar: I have an appointment with my Doctor.
Tasks: I have a task to complete for my Doctor.

When I make an appointment with my Doctor, I always click the
"Contacts..." button at the bottom of the appointment. I select
my Doctor.

I create a task that includes the information I need to have
prepared for my Doctor. I complete it with the date I need
to have the task completed by. I click the "Contacts..." button
on the bottom of my task and select my Doctor.

Now I will receive a reminder about my task. And when I
want to see all information that I have about my Doctor, including
All appointments and tasks, all I need to do is:
- Open my contact for my Doctor
- Select the "Activities" tab

Outlook will show me all the information that I have created
about my doctor.
