re use appointment
I have several appointments/ commitments that are the same each time I use
them, but do not reoccur at set intervals. ie, I always block out the same hours, place, and name for my volunteer work, twice a month, but on random days, depending on how it fits into other commitments. Hair cuts, always with the sam stylist, salon, etc, but at different times. I'd like to be able to select from a library of appointments/events and drop them at the places needed in the calendar. |
re use appointment
drag and drop from the main calendar to the date navigator using the right
click button and select copy when you get the option. Adjust the times accordingly. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. In addition to Milly's suggestion, you could create another calendar folder and add these "template" events to it. Then, when you want to add ont to your main calendar, select it and choose EditCopy to Folder. -- Brian Tillman |
