how I can do to send automatic replay in Outlook?

Please I'm just now using Outlook, but I don't know how to make my mail box
to replay automaticaly when I will be absent in the office?

If you are not familiar with Outlook rules and you don't use an Exchange
server try Auto Reply Manager for Outlook. Find at more about it at this
