Hello,
I schedule appointments in outlook. Often I will schedule an appointment on
the first Monday. Then if something needs to happen 1 or two days before the
appointment I can't just schedule it for the 1 Sunday because the months
always start on different days. Is there any way that I can schedule
something for 1 day before the 1st Monday of every month?

I hope I explained that okay. I really appreciate any help.

I don't think you can do that, but you can schedule something for the first
Monday and set the reminder for 12 hours prior.
