Booking resources
 

I have a meeting rom set up as a resource and it automatically accepts
meeting requests. It does not decline if another meeting is already booked.
How can I keep from double booking resources?

If you are using Outlook 2003:

Select the TOOLS menu
Select OPTIONS
Select the CALENDAR OPTIONS... button
Press the RESOURCE SCHEDULING... button
Select the check box next to "Automatically decline conflicting meeting
requests"
