Archive folders
What is the purpose of having archive folders.(ex.notes in archive f. tasks
in archive f. calendar...) What will be the difference if i put task in the archive folder. Why outlook offers this option?

Archive folders
Your archive is usually where older items are moved after a certain amount
of time. It's a good idea to have one since PSTs tend to be more stable when they're smaller. If you close the archive PST those entries will 'go away'. "JIMPAP" wrote in message ...
