Default Prevent duplicates when importing appointments in Outlook 2003

I am trying to import ical file from web based calendar to a required work
outlook calendar. I can get the import to work but each time I do it it
duplicates every appointment that had been previously imported. The help
tells me to click the "do not import duplicates" box in the import wizard,
but I never seem have this option. Any suggestions?
