Default how do I set up the translator to export data from outlook

When I try to export data from Outlook (Office Prof 2003) into an Excel, CSV,
etc, the system tells me that the "translator" need to be installed and asks
for the Office installation CD. Then it looks for a file "sku111.cab" and
says that the file is not in any of the two instalation CDs. What's wrong?
Where do I get the file to complete setting up the translator? Is any other
way to export data into .xls or csv?
